Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage monthly closing activities, including preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Statutory Audit.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts such as GST, TDS, Bank statements, and other relevant ledgers.
• Prepare MIS reports to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in statutory audit, balance sheet preparation, profit & loss accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tally prime software is required; proficiency in MS Excel is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently under pressure deadlines.
