Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, including hands-on experience with the SAP Activate methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering multiple SAP implementation and rollout projects, demonstrating deep understanding of SAP best practices, stakeholder management, and project governance. This is a full-time opportunity based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate methodology.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with business users and leadership teams.
  
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project management with a successful track record in delivering complex SAP projects.
  
• Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks.
  
• Experience managing SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and their integration touchpoints.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  
• PMP/Prince2 or SAP Project Management certification is a plus.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams.
