Job Description
Objective of the role:
To proactively engage with potential clients through telephonic communication, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for site visits, thereby contributing to the sales pipeline and achieving organizational sales targets.
Position/Designation: Executive - Pre Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs, interest, and readiness.
- Schedule site visits or meetings to support the sales process.
- Maintain and update records accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Track performance metrics and share regular reports on calls, leads, and appointments.
