AGM- Design

Objective of the role : To manage drawing deliverables as per execution requirements for a cluster or multiple clusters

Location : - HO-Santacruz

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To collaborate with external design agency for delivery of efficient project designs at cluster level.
• Manage in-house design team working for the cluster.
• Evaluate & Introduce competitive designs and cutting-edge design technology.
• Create project concepts (Project Briefs) on design, value engineering and aesthetics. Incorporate suggestions from senior management team.
• Suggest suitable external design consultants and evaluate portfolios to select the best of them.
• Review project plans and approve architectural specifications
• Understand the organizations business strategy, as well as the companys business practices, planning cycles, and decision making processes.
• Keep a track of and understand competitors, products, strategies and product generation processes.
• Develop design and drawing standards to bring consistency across projects
• Develop and train the design team internally to be able to take up multiple projects at a time
