Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with the Presales team and Project Head to achieve targets and maximize site visit conversions.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct site visits to maximize conversions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
