Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho Books, etc.)
- Record day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, journal vouchers, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow up with vendors and clients for timely payments
- Manage and update project-wise costing and revenue tracking
- Prepare GST filings, TDS deductions & returns, and assist in statutory compliance
- Coordinate with banks for loan disbursements, interest payments, and reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and audit schedules
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinate with the sales and legal teams for agreement registrations and financial documentation.
