Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Consultant to manage and coordinate offline sales activities, including pop-up shows and exhibitions. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in jewelry sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to ensure a seamless customer experience from event setup to order follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Pop-Up Shows & Exhibitions
• Coordinate and manage participation in pop-up shows, exhibitions, and private sales events.
• Set up and organize displays to showcase collections in an elegant and appealing manner.
• Engage with customers during events to educate them about company jewelry, collections, and the benefits of lab-grown diamonds and colorstones.
• Ensure all inventory and logistics for events are handled efficiently, including transportation, security, and documentation.
Sales and Customer Interaction
• Build meaningful relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
• Process orders during events and ensure accurate documentation and payment handling.
• Follow up with customers post-event to confirm orders, address queries, and nurture long-term relationships.
Coordination and Reporting
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and promote events.
• Maintain detailed records of sales, leads, and customer feedback from events.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve event execution and customer engagement.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to replenish stock as needed.
Brand Representation
• Embody firm values of empowerment, sustainability, and elegance in all interactions.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing the story behind collections to enhance customer connections.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage event logistics and follow-ups.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic inventory management systems.
