Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, manual sms and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements & Set up meetings with potential leads.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for product enhancement.
Collating and maintaining lead information in the CRM database.
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Capture customer information, including addresses and other phone numbers, for future follow-up
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Any degree/ diploma or higher in a marketing field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce/ LS.
Familiar with use of Smartphone, Social Media &
Positive attitude with excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to achieve targets.
