Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Experience in a leading B2B Edtech company is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely technical assistance and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Ticket Management: Use ticketing systems to track and prioritize customer requests and incidents.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Product, Engineering) to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft office. Especially Word, Excel, PPT. Working knowledge of CRM and ERP.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering superior customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or similar roles. Experience in a leading B2B Edtech company is a plus.
