B2b Sales Specialist - SAAS Product
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic SaaS Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our software-as-a-service platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our SaaS offerings, supporting customer success, and contributing to product growth strategies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-focused mindset, and strategic thinking to maximize the value our platform delivers to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Support:
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth implementation of our SaaS solution
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
- Conduct product training sessions and webinars for customers
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks
- Serve as primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts
Product Optimization & Analytics:
- Analyze user behavior and platform usage patterns to identify improvement opportunities
- Work with product development team to prioritize feature requests and enhancements
- Monitor key SaaS metrics including MRR, churn rate, customer lifetime value, and user engagement
- Create and maintain dashboards for tracking product performance and customer success metrics
- Conduct A/B testing for new features and optimization initiatives
Sales & Growth Support:
- Assist sales team with technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations
- Develop technical sales materials, case studies, and implementation guides
- Support pricing strategy discussions with insights on feature usage and customer value
- Collaborate with marketing team on content creation for lead generation
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company
Technical Implementation:
- Configure and customize the platform for enterprise clients
- Integrate our SaaS solution with customers' existing systems and workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with engineering team on bug fixes
- Maintain documentation for platform features, APIs, and integration processes
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are met for enterprise customers
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS, technology, or customer success roles
- Proven track record of working with B2B software solutions
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and customer success platforms
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy for user needs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Previous experience in a SaaS startup or scale-up environment
- Background in the specific industry our SaaS serves (specify based on your product)
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
