Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing Growth at rootPe, you will develop and implement the go-to-market marketing and growth strategies across channels (brand, social communities, content PR, SEM, events etc), primarily in the UK, Europe, US and APAC regions. This role demands a proactive leader with a proven track record in the fintech, financial services, infrastructure industries across both web2 and web3 ecosystems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a global-scale financial services / fintech platform, RWAs company, or a closely related field.
• Craft and implement comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to launch rootPe with particular focus on the major financial institutions.
• Develop a range of different targeted PR content strategies for different channels and Sales assets to boost user engagement and build the sales funnels. Knowledge of traditional web2 financial services and web3 defi and remittance solutions are a bonus.
• Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, capable of crafting engaging and clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience of implementing B2B and B2C campaigns across Europe, US, UK and APAC markets for both web2 and web3 audiences.
• Hands-on experience of managing and growing social media and community channels.
• Proficient in utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing channels
• Experience of building and managing a high-performing marketing team, setting KPIs against company goals, fostering a culture of excellence. Must possess outstanding communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a high-growth, fully remote startup environment is highly desirable.
