Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
- Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory and supplies of food and beverages.
- Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
