Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and CAC using A/B testing, custom audiences, and pixel data
• Launch, monitor, and scale ad campaigns based on business goals and performance benchmarks
• Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, audience segmentation, and landing page alignment
• Track and analyze metrics via Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other BI tools
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets
• Run retargeting, lookalike, and conversion-based ad funnels
• Keep up with algorithm changes, ad trends, and new platforms
• Prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and growth suggestions weekly

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA
• Must have managed monthly budgets of ₹1L+ across multiple platforms
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM, and Funnel Tracking
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and copywriting basics
• Agency or B2B SaaS experience preferred
