- This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets within their designated area
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives within the designated territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and analysis of sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
-Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy skills. Experience in developing and implementing sales plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer Relationship Management and Business Development skills. Knowledge of the life science industry is a plus. Master or Bachelor's degree in life Science, Marketing, or a related field
