We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the AlcoBev portfolio. This leadership role will be responsible for building powerful brands, driving consumer engagement, and accelerating business growth through innovative and insight-led marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement long-term brand and portfolio strategies.
- Drive brand positioning, communication, and identity across touchpoints.
- Craft and lead consumer marketing plans that deliver on volume and equity growth.
- Consumer & Market Insights
- Leverage consumer insights, trend analysis, and category dynamics to inform strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities through segmentation, targeting, and occasion-based marketing.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events).
- Manage go-to-market plans for new product launches and innovations.
- Build high-impact, culturally relevant brand activations.
- Digital & Content Marketing
- Strengthen digital presence through content strategy, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Manage owned, earned, and paid media channels for maximum reach and engagement.
- Commercial Collaboration
- Partner with sales and trade marketing to develop channel strategies and drive offtake.
- Support pricing, packaging, and visibility initiatives in line with brand priorities.
- Innovation & Product Development
- Oversee new product development pipeline and launch strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and regulatory.
- Team Leadership & Agency Management
- Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage external agencies across creative, digital, media, PR, and research.
Key Requirements:
- 12-18 years of marketing experience, with exposure to AlcoBev sector.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, consumer marketing, and digital-first thinking.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale campaigns and cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial orientation and analytical mindset.
Educational Qualifications - MBA in Marketing (preferred)
