Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer with expertise in .NET Core, React JS, Microservices, and ASP.NET MVC to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of modern software development practices, architecture, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET Core, React JS, and ASP.NET MVC.

- Build and integrate Microservices to support modular and scalable application architecture.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React JS and related libraries.

2. System Architecture :

- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design and implement system architecture.

- Ensure applications are built with best practices in mind, including scalability, performance, and security.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

3. Code Quality and Maintenance :

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

4. Team Collaboration and Leadership :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

5. DevOps and Deployment :

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD pipeline integration.

- Monitor application performance and optimize code for better efficiency.

6. Innovation and Problem-Solving :

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the development process.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core, React JS, and ASP.NET MVC.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

- Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.

- Strong knowledge of React JS and its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Redux, Hooks).

- Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
