Lexmark International - UX Designer - Figma/Prototyping Tools (6-10 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Designer to join our team, focused on delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in UX methodologies, a deep understanding of user-centric design, and a proven ability to collaborate in SAFe/Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user-centric solutions for cloud connected solutions and workflow products.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and global UX teams to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and apply findings to improve product usability and user satisfaction.

- Maintain and contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.

- Participate actively in SAFe/Agile ceremonies and design reviews, advocating for design quality and user needs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of professional UX design experience.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise applications and product UX.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, design systems, and prototyping tools.

- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.

- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.

- Exceptionally strong communication, presentation and stakeholder collaboration skill.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with document lifecycle products or workflow platforms.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.
