Plant & Machinery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor the deployment and utilization of plant and machinery at multiple construction sites.
• Supervise maintenance, servicing, and repair activities to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance.
• Manage equipment logs, asset registers, and maintenance records.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for the procurement and hiring of construction machinery and spare parts.
• Track and control costs related to machinery, fuel, spares, and repairs.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend replacement or upgrades.
• Lead a team of mechanics, technicians, and operators across multiple sites.
• Support project planning teams in estimating equipment requirements and mobilization schedules.
• Implement systems for tracking machinery downtime and productivity.
  

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in managing construction equipment in real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment such as tower cranes, concrete pumps, batching plants, transit mixers, excavators, etc.
