Job Description
Function: Sales
Role/ Designation: Business Development Manager / AM-DM
About the role: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are looking for a challenging career into Collections. The individual should be target oriented with excellent selling skills.
Experience/ Industry: 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial equipment or Solar Panel finance is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Machinery loans lending
- Managing Machinery OEM and giving service to them
- Achieving monthly login/disbursal target
- Maintain TAT from login to disbursal stage.
Skills Required:
- Self-starter and self-driven to achieve numbers
- Work with cross functional stakeholders for quick turnaround.
- Aggressive and experience of working in a fast paced and growing organization.
- Must be good in Relationship management, Negotiation and Good in communication
- Ticket Size: 10 lacs to 3 Cr
- Target : 80lakhs to 1.25Cr.
