- Supporting the Country Leader, in formulating key business strategies and operational plans to drive the transformation and growth of the firm.
- Support on planning and forecasting for key strategic business projects, lead reviews, track progress and highlight any course corrections required.
- Partner, collaborate and solicit key inputs from senior business stakeholders within the firm.
- Lead and execute key strategic transformation projects for the firm, support global initiatives, drive process excellence initiatives.
- Lead and support reporting and analysis of key financial and business metrices to the leadership team.
- Facilitating business, operational and financial review meetings with key stakeholders to ensure effective cost management.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in India, across the US and across different offices to ensure strategic projects are completed in a timely manner to support the rapid growth of the Organisation.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Proven track record of success with understanding and substantial direct experience with internal & external corporate strategy, execution and change management at a national and global level.
- Prior experience in working in global teams.
- Experience of working in a professional services organization will be a plus.
- Good understanding of diverse channels of communication.
- Big 4 experience would be an added advantage however not mandatary.
- Stakeholder Management: Should be able to independently manage multiple senior Stakeholders including but not limited to leading calls / meetings, providing regular updates and so on.
- Should be able to operate independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment and address questions / challenges with logical thinking.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the firm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service focus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrated integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, and collaboration skills
