We are seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Senior Program Manager to support strategic planning and execution within a global sales organization, focused on Go-to-Channel (GTC) planning for product launches including hardware, accessories, and software.
The right candidate will possess strong program / project management skills with a drive for results rigor - as well as have the ability to effectively and proactively communicate cross functionally with key members of the team.
In addition, this person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have experience creating and managing complex workback schedules.
This role involves extensive collaboration and communication from cross-functional stakeholders to executive leadership to ensure successful planning and launch of sales programs including seasonal strategy and execution plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Channel Strategy Planning: Implement structured planning processes ensuring timely development and communication of sales strategies.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and adjust timelines as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, manage meetings with cross-functional partners, and lead leadership reviews.
- Maintain a centralized source of truth for documentation.
- Quality & Risk Management: Monitor deliverables, flag issues early, create contingency plans, and manage change effectively.
- Strategic Coordination: Align internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops) and drive strategy documentation and execution.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with product, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure program alignment and timely deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in business strategy, sales planning, or process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, unstructured environment.
- Prior experience in channel and partner management operations.
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong Excel/analytical skills and project management experience.
- MBA in related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in consumer electronics or hardware.
- Experience launching hardware products or executing retail sales/marketing programs.
- Familiarity with product marketing, product management, or sales ops.
- Experience using Asana or similar program management tools.
- Proven success in change management and scaling processes in high-growth organizations.
- Cross-cultural work experience
