Review of VFC drawings & changes wrt to cost & feasibility . Co-ordination with MEP contractors & other departments for correct sequencing of work . Setting weekly/ monthly targets for contractors as per company targets. Ensuring sufficient manpower & material is available Monitor complete execution for MEP activities 1 st fix,2 nd fix, Final fix of Tower/ Infra/Lobby/RG area Calculate material quantity of client scope material & raise PR for timely delivery of material. Reconciliation of client scope material Material inspection & raising of RFI, Non-conformance (NCR ) & co-ordination with design, architect team for resolution of hurdles To assist in making technical / quality assessment of vendor & advising Project team lead to short-list/ blacklist vendors To identify & escalate variations , raise CRN , QCRN for change in scope of work & quantity due to design change To ensure joint measurement is done prior to bill submission, To certify RA bills for timely payment of vendors To monitor performance of reporting level 4,5 associates , delegate responsibility to them & ensure training for skill enhancement & best practices Monitor availability of construction water, power supply Responsible for service functionality of Tower/RG / Infra/ Lobby & complete handover of system.
