Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and data integration modules using Python .
- Work on data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines leveraging Snowflake .
- Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures within Snowflake to support business logic.
- Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design decisions.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, security, and compliance are followed.
Required Skills
- 3 years of strong programming experience in Python , with solid software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience working with Snowflake - including SQL scripting, data modeling, performance optimization, and Snowflake-Python connectors.
- Strong understanding of data structures , algorithms , and object-oriented programming .
- Familiarity with REST APIs , data integration , and workflow orchestration .
- Experience with version control systems like Git .
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with tools like Apache Airflow , dbt , or Docker .
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to BI, analytics, or data visualization tools.
