Job Description
- Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand product functionality and edge cases.
- Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
- Continuously improve the automation framework and suggest enhancements.
- Actively participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium.
- Strong coding skills in Java/Python or any modern programming language.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to question and explore - not just follow instructions.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to learn, improve, and contribute.
