Estimation Engineer / Quantity surveyor

Work Experience - 5 to 9 Yrs

Salary Range - 4 to 6.5 LPA

Location: Head office , Law College Road, Pune

The position is open for candidates based in Pune only

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Quantities take offs and prepare estimates of projects from drawing.
• Preparation of Tender Documents including Bills of quantities and specifications.
• Working for extra claims, rate analysis of various items based on prevailing market rates.
• Reconciliation of cost incurred at intermediate stages and after completion of project.
• Prepare neat and easy formats required for site use and to keep records.
• Prepare Letter of Intent, Work Order, Quotation formats, Agreements.
• Follow up and correspondence with clients, contractors.
• Arrange Quotations, compare the quotes with due consideration to all accepts and prepare comparison statements.
• Visit site and collect data required for above. Collect site measurement.
• In case of requirement, you should be ready to work full time on site as senior engineer.
