Job Description

Client Servicing/Account Lead (Leadership hiring) | Localization Industry


Magnon sancus is hiring Account Lead/ Client Servicing professional for its multiple Fortune 500 accounts.

Job Description:


- Proven experience in client servicing within the localization space.

- Must have experience in Adaptation, Transcreation and Localization.

- Must have prior experience managing global brands, with a strong understanding of international standards and expectations.

- Successfully grown- accounts in terms of revenue and scope of work.

- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Must understand content, creative production, and social services.

- Ability to manage multiple- accounts/categories while ensuring a seamless client experience.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs.

- Hands-on experience in managing timelines, teams, and client expectations.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance agency environment.

- Prior experience managing P&L and driving revenue generation is a strong plus!.

- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and delivering value for the- client's investment.

- Provide financial forecasts and reports to both- clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Specifications:

- 12-15 years of account experience in Localization/ vernacular Industry.

- Team handling experience is a must.

- Should have experience of content adaptation, transcreation.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
