VML - Director - Client Services (12-14 yrs)

- Translate brand marketing strategies into action.

- Plan the annual roadmap for the brand/campaigns in collaboration with the Brand Strategy team.

- Analyse and evaluate the competitive environment and provide timely and relevant inputs.

- Serve as a business advisor not just to the client, but also to the management and the internal teams.

- Provide consistent, valuable and relevant guidance for strategic projects.

- Up-sell and cross-sell other services within the client business.

- Effective control and ownership of budgets and manpower allocation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional, internal teams to support the client's business.

- Ensuring deadlines and optimal credit period management are met.

- Drive and build a solid business development model with focus on both; current client relation and new business development.

- Prior experience of leading accounts across Beauty, Lifestyle is required.

- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Planning, Creative and Project teams.

- Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations.
