Role & responsibilities
- Plan for skill enhancement in problem solving with quality improvement tools
- Formation of Quality circles and quality improvement teams
- Participation in external competition organized by customers, outside forums / agencies
- Drive kaizens across the plant and develop new standards of all levels
- Training of all employees on 5S methodology
- Conducting regular audits and reviews for timely elimination of nonconformance
- Preparation of Unit Monthly reports (MIS)
- Coordinating regular reviews of improvement projects
- Assist the Principal trainer on conducting PSP Blue training & facilitation sessions
- Co ordination and facilitation for annual planning cycle
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate must know SIX Sigma, Autonomous Maintenance, Problem Solving tools, and 07 QC Tools.
