Job Description
JOB ROLE
Issue material from store, prepare packing and lot in accordance with consignment details
Assess packing material, plan workers and coordinate logistics for material dispatch
Identify and expedite all required paperwork for logistics and dispatch
Maintain proper detailed record of dispatch information
Ensure all dispatch is timely as per affixed schedule
QUALIFICATION
Any relevant qualification with experience in dispatch / logistics operations
Minimum 6 months of experience in Dispatch / Inventory / Store and comfortable using computers
Understanding of challans, receipts, e-way bill, requisition slips and other documents to operate smoothly
Attention to detail along with coordination and organisation skills
Must be energetic with a proactive and self-initiative approach
