Job Title: Head of AI/Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head AI who can lead the AI/data organization, setting tech strategy, overseeing all four projects (panel app, VRA, synthetic data, B2B report automation). Be hands-on initially and build the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and grow AI/ML engineers, devs, and data engineers.
• Architect end-to-end solutionsmodel design, data pipelines, tool integration.
• Coordinate with business teams to define AI use cases and deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Lead hiring, roadmap planning, and quarterly prioritization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 8-10 years in AI/data engineering, 2-3 years in team leadership.
• Experience with generative AI, computer vision, NLP, LLMs, modern dev stacks.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying models using MLOps best practices.
• Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks and ethical considerations in AI development.
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming analytics (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
