We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Full-Time | 2-4 Years Experience
CTC: - 2.5-3.5 LPA
Job Description:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams to resolve client issues
- Provide accurate information about products, order status, and post-installation services
- Maintain customer data and communication records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Assist with scheduling site visits, follow-ups, and service requests
- Customer Support/Customer Service
- Modular Kitchen/Interior Design/Home Interiors
- After-Sales Support
- Strong Communication (English, Hindi, or Marathi)
- Order Tracking & Issue Resolution
- Client Coordination
- Escalation Handling
- Team Collaboration
