- Needs to handle product bugs and small enhancement requests and/or small product customization
- Able to take a bug description, work through possible areas to investigate, confirm/clarify the issue, recreate it and describe to a developer the issue
- Work with development to test/sign-off fix for bugs and regression test around the area
