Job Description

Job Role

  • Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment, payroll management, and statutory compliances.
  • SHandle administrative tasks related to HR functions.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, including ESIC, PF, Factory Act, Professional Tax, Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity Act, Safety Regulations, and Labour Code on Wages.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and contribute to developing new initiatives as per industry standards.
    • Required Skills
  • MBA/MSW/LLB/Diploma in HR from a recognized university.
  • 0 - 2 years in HR Administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Excellent organizational and people management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Location JODHPUR.
