A rapidly scaling QSR brand is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance and accounts function at the corporate level.

This is a strategic leadership role that will partner with CXOs to drive financial excellence, enable domestic growth, and prepare the business for international expansion.

The ideal candidate brings 1215 years of strong financial leadership experience in fast-paced, multi-unit businesses.

Key Responsibilities (Strategic & Operational):

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Define and execute long-term financial strategies and funding plans aligned with business growth and global ambitions.

- Finance Operations Leadership: Oversee end-to-end finance operations including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and compliance.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting cycles, track performance metrics (revenue, EBITDA, outlet-level P&L), and drive corrective actions.

- Reporting & Business Partnering: Present financial insights to CXOs and board members.

- Support decision-making with data-backed analysis.

- Cost Management & Profitability: Drive cost optimization, pricing decisions, and margin improvement initiatives across products and outlets.

- Governance & Risk Control: Implement strong financial controls, ensure statutory compliance (incl. FDI norms), and safeguard company assets.

- Team Building: Lead and scale the finance team to support a high-growth, multi-location operation.

- Strategic Projects: Collaborate on JV/franchise models, market entry strategies, and provide financial due diligence support.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong strategic and operational finance leadership.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with CXOs, boards, and investors.

- Deep understanding of accounting, FP&A, compliance, and risk.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance finance teams.

Preferred Background:

- Experience: 1215 years in QSR, retail, hospitality, or FMCG with exposure to multi-outlet or franchise models.

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA in Finance with strong accounting foundation also considered.

- Expansion & Global Exposure: Experience scaling finance for growth-stage businesses; exposure to international operations or financial compliance (e.g., UK market) is a plus.
