Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead and manage the entire Finance and Accounts function for our Indian operations.

The ideal candidate should come from a manufacturing background, possess strong leadership capabilities, and have 10+ years of experience in financial management including R2R processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring smooth functioning across all financial operations.

- Oversee Record to Report (R2R) activities, including general ledger, month-end closures, reporting, and statutory compliance.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning.

- Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor and control cost centers, capital expenditure, and working capital.

- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and internal controls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global finance counterparts in Germany.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

- Strong knowledge of R2R processes, Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

- Experience in leading teams and managing multiple finance functions.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent preferred.

- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
