Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation Tester with a strong background in Python-based test automation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and a proven track record of leading quality assurance initiatives in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Strategy & Planning : Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.

- Automation Framework Development : Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python and tools like Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework to streamline testing processes.

- Salesforce Testing : Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and integrations with external systems.

- API Testing : Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or REST-assured to validate integrations and data exchanges between Salesforce and other platforms.

- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) : Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to identify test requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

- Defect Management : Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.

- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Over 12 years of experience in software testing, with a significant focus on Salesforce applications.

- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
