We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead mid-to-senior level hiring across functions. This role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to drive sourcing excellence, and a passion for building high-impact teams that align with the organization's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring
- Lead end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior level and leadership roles across business functions.
- Align talent acquisition efforts with business goals and workforce planning.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast and prioritize hiring needs.
- Serve as a consultative partner, providing market intelligence and talent insights.
Sourcing Strategy
- Build robust sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, referral programs, and agency partnerships.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Process Optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Leverage automation and tools to streamline operations.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Champion diversity hiring strategies and ensure inclusive hiring practices are followed across levels.
Employer Branding
- Collaborate with internal teams to position the company as an employer of choice through compelling branding campaigns and platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
Recruitment Analytics
- Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire to enable data-driven decision-making.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 6-10 years expereince in Talent acquisistion
- MBA in human resources is a must
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
