Job Description - As a Product Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping innovative UPI products, aligning the organization's strategic business objectives, and satisfying customer needs. We are looking for a resourceful, organized, and strategic self-starter to play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy of our multi-line product portfolio within insurance vertical.

Description
The UPI team facilitates seamless transactions by integrating multiple bank accounts into a single mobile app. With features like immediate transfers, single-click authentication, and virtual addresses for enhanced security, UPI simplifies financial interactions. It supports a wide range of transactions including utility bill payments, QR code payments, donations, and more, offering users unparalleled convenience and reliability in digital payments. Payment Security team manages the Internal platform to curb bank frauds and control conduit accounts.
Key Responsibilities -
This role will comprise of
- User Centric Mindset: You will be responsible for understanding customer needs as well as stay on top of the customer pulse via secondary insights - both qualitative and quantitative. Should have Capability to translate user feedback into actionable insights for product development.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Should have ability to define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact. Product enhancement with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach.
- Product Development Life Cycle: Should have strong understanding of stages that a product goes through from concept to market launch & beyond.
- Ecosystem collaboration: Self-starter to collaborate closely with ecosystem players to co-build products that don't exist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, risk, compliance) to develop and launch new card products
- Market Research & Analysis - Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and regulatory landscape for payments in India.
- Tech Know-how - Strong knowledge of engineering practices in product development using Agile / Scrum principles
- Data-driven decision making - You will be responsible in using data and analytics to guide decisions about product development , enhancement and in deciding overall strategy of the product
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- A degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
