Specialist - Talent Acquisition - IT/Non IT (1-3 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT/Non-IT), you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across various domains, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in recruitment and demonstrate a keen ability to work across multiple job functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Interviews & Assessments: Conduct initial phone screenings, technical assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the progress of hiring.
Job Posting:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with both IT and Non-IT recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, screening, and interview techniques.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation skills, and an eye for detail.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
