Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems for our innovative products. You will work on all phases of the hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop electronic circuits and systems, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.

- Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and design simulations using industry-standard design tools (e.g.,

Altium, OrCAD, Cadence).

- Select appropriate electronic components based on performance, cost, and availability requirements.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate hardware functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Conduct hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineers to integrate hardware components into the overall system.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., EMI/EMC, safety).

- Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and test reports.

- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hardware technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Cadence).

- Experience with analog and digital circuit design, including microcontrollers, microprocessors, and memory systems.

- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet).

- Experience with hardware testing and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters).

- Solid understanding of EMI/EMC principles and design techniques.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

- Experience with specific industry or application domain (e.g., telecommunications, consumer electronics, automotive).

- Experience with FPGA design or embedded systems development.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation.

- Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles.
