Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive - Inside Sales (Real Estate)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive - Inside Sales to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their property needs, and scheduling site visits. You'll act as the first point of contact in the sales funnel, qualifying leads and nurturing them into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using qualified lead databases.

- Understand customer preferences, budgets, and location interests to suggest suitable property options.

- Clearly explain property features, pricing, and availability.

- Regularly follow up with interested clients and share updates on offers, site availability, and new listings.

- Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.

- Maintain detailed and accurate lead records and call logs in CRM systems.

- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and visit scheduling.

- Address customer queries with professionalism and escalate any major concerns to the sales head or operations team.

Client Interaction & Site Visit Responsibilities:

- Coordinate directly with clients to schedule and confirm property site visits based on their availability and interest.

- Accompany clients during site visits (if required) to ensure a seamless experience and address on-the-spot queries.

- Act as a point of contact for clients during and after site visits to build trust and rapport.

- Gather feedback from clients post-visits and communicate the same to the sales or project team for follow-up action.

- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for clients at all touchpoints during the site visit process.

Job Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in any BBA/Marketing/similar courses(preferred).

Experience:

- 0 to 2+ years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or lead generation.

- Real estate or high-involvement sales industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Kannada/Tamil preferred).

- Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Customer-centric, energetic, and self-motivated.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

- Proficiency in basic computer operations and tools such as MS Office and CRM software.

Other Details:

- Target-driven role; must be comfortable working under performance benchmarks.

- Availability to work on weekends with fixed weekday offs (as per company policy).
