Doubt Faculty - (JEE Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and subject-expert Doubt Faculty for JEE (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) who will be responsible for resolving student queries through one-on-one support. The ideal candidate must have a strong command over the subject, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed in competitive exams like JEE Main and Advanced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and accurate solutions to students' subject-related doubts.
• Resolve conceptual and numerical queries through online/offline doubt sessions (chat, video, or in-person).
• Maintain high levels of subject clarity and simplify complex topics for better student understanding.
• Track and analyze frequently asked doubts to provide feedback to content and teaching teams.
• Prepare detailed and well-explained solutions for common student queries and upload them to the doubt resolution platform (if applicable).
• Collaborate with the academic and mentoring teams to improve the overall learning experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Engineering with specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
• Prior experience in JEE coaching (Main/Advanced) preferred.
• Strong conceptual clarity in the subject and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a student-friendly approach.
