Job Description:

We are hiring passionate IT Recruiters with 6 months to 3 years of experience for our Hyderabad location. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity and requires working onsite. Only candidates willing to attend face-to-face interviews will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contract & Permanent).
  
• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media, and referrals.
  
• Resume screening, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  
• Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates.
  
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
  

Candidate Profile:

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  
• Strong exposure to Contract to Hire (C2H) hiring is a must.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfortable with face-to-face interview processes.
  
• Must be available to work onsite in Hyderabad.

• No US IT/Bench Sales recruiter profiles will be considered.
• Only Domestic IT Recruitment experience is valid.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
