Job Description

Company Name - OutworX Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Location - Sec-63, Noida. Near Electronic City metro station
Work Mode - WFO (5 days/week), Day Shift, No WFH/Hybrid
Required :
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation Skills.
- Need to have experience in complete End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for clients.
- Sourcing, screening, Cold-calling, head hunting and short-listing of eligible resumes for the clients requirements
- Sourcing experience on various platforms for acquiring suitable profiles (i.e Job portals/boards, Headhunting, Referencing, Social Networking Sites, Job Postings etc)
- Good understanding of different IT domains (Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, embedded etc)
- Must have experience in contractual hiring (C2H) of resources preferably in IT Infrastructure & cyber security domain
- Expertise in hiring across all career levels (Junior to Sr. Manager/Architect levels)
- Maintaining Candidate and client relationship and keep track of candidates in database
- Proven experience in performing under tight deadline and pressure environment
Preferred candidate profile :
Must have worked in IT staffing/consultancy environment
Must Have experience on IT Contract hiring.
Must have experience on IT Infrastructure and IT security hiring.
Quick joiners will be preferred

For freshers this is not the good platform as there is a lot of politics and management is corrupt... No one will adsress your grievances... Only those who are experienced they can survive due to corrupt group making.
