User Experience Specialist - Pre-sales

Job Overview:

We are looking for a 12+ years of skilled User Experience Specialist with a strong pre-sales background to join our User Experience Practice. In this role, you will blend your expertise in user-centered design with your experience in supporting sales engagements to help clients visualize and realize exceptional user experiences in complex IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design & Research:
‎Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing tailored to IT services and enterprise software environments. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UX documentation to communicate design concepts effectively.

Pre-Sales Collaboration:
Partner with sales teams and solution architects to understand client business challenges and technical requirements. Support pre-sales activities by delivering UX-focused demos, workshops, and presentations that highlight the value of our IT services.

Solution Customization & Consulting:
‎Advise clients on best practices in user experience design within IT service implementations, including custom workflows, portals, and dashboards. Help tailor our service offerings to meet client-specific usability and accessibility needs.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during discovery and proposal phases, ensuring their user experience goals align with IT infrastructure capabilities and project constraints.

Market & Competitive Insights:
Stay abreast of UX trends, emerging technologies, and IT industry standards to provide strategic insights that enhance sales positioning and client proposals.

Documentation & Sales Enablement:
Develop UX-related collateral such as case studies, solution briefs, and training materials. Equip sales teams with UX knowledge and demos to strengthen client relationships and drive deal closure.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX design and research with a focus on enterprise IT services or software.
• Strong involvement in pre-sales processes supporting IT services or technology solution sales.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles applied to complex IT environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Ability to quickly learn and translate IT service offerings into user experience benefits.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with sales, product, and delivery units.

Educational Qualifications

• A master's degree preferably in the field of User Experience and Design
