Role Overview:

The Vice President - Office of the Founder serves as a strategic advisor and execution leader working directly with the Founder & Executive Chairman to translate vision into actionable outcomes across MSM Group. This role ensures alignment, accountability, and execution of founder-led initiatives across all verticals and business functions.

The VP plays a pivotal role in tracking deliverables, monitoring organizational dashboards, and enabling cross-functional collaboration, acting as a force multiplier for the Founder's agenda and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Founder - Led Strategic Initiatives

- Serve as the primary driver of founder-led strategic priorities, ensuring timely and effective execution across departments.

- Translate the Founder's vision into actionable workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, and deliverables.

- Manage high-priority special projects and ensure seamless implementation across verticals.

Execution Oversight & Performance Tracking:

- Oversee and monitor enterprise-wide dashboards and key metrics to track progress on strategic goals.

- Establish accountability frameworks to ensure consistent execution by functional heads and teams.

- Identify and address gaps in delivery or misalignment with strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Facilitate collaboration across functions, geographies, and business units to drive alignment with MSM's strategic roadmap.

- Remove silos, streamline communication, and ensure cross-functional initiatives are well- coordinated.

- Serve as the bridge between the Founder's Office and the broader executive leadership team.

Reporting & Communication:

- Develop high-impact executive reports, board updates, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders. initiatives, bottlenecks, and opportunities.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or business transformation, ideally with experience supporting C-suite or founder-led organizations.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional execution and high-impact strategic projects.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align strategic intent with operational execution.

- Experience working in fast-paced, global environments; prior experience in education, consulting, or startup ecosystems is an advantage.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or related field preferred.
