REGINOAL COLLECTION MANAGER

• The Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's collections team, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:Supervise and lead the collections team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs as needed
• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of the collections process
• Portfolio Management:Monitor and manage the collections portfolio, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

• Negotiation and Communication:Engage with customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements
