Job Description
Muthoot Fincorp Ltd is looking for CREDIT OPS & CUSTOMER SERVICE to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, such as customer satisfaction, response time, and first call resolution, and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer service issues that impact the overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Manage the customer service budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operationsIdentify and implement technology solutions to improve customer service operations
- Develop and maintain customer service reports and dashboards to communicate performance to stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
