Were looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Automation Expert with a strong background in email campaign execution, automation workflows, domain/IP warming, and sales alignment. In this role, you'll own end-to-end email strategy and execution across the sales and marketing funnel, working closely with both teams to drive engagement, nurture leads, and generate conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Design and optimize automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
• Manage IP/domain warming strategy for new email domains or tools to ensure high deliverability and sender reputation
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted outbound email sequences and align marketing efforts with sales goals
• Segment audiences effectively for personalized campaigns based on buyer personas, behaviors, and sales lifecycle stages
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTR, deliverability, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns
• Maintain email best practices related to compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), sender reputation, and deliverability
• Work cross-functionally with designers, content writers, and product teams to craft compelling messages
• Maintain and improve the health of marketing lists and databases

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing and automation
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline coordination
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and campaign performance tracking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
