We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Lead Generation Executive with a strong background in email marketing to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating high-quality B2B leads for web & mobile applicatiob development, through bulk/mass mailing campaigns targeting international markets like the US and UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute targeted mass email campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads for web & mobile applicatiob development.
Identify target audiences and segment email lists accordingly.
Source and build high-quality lead databases using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, etc.
Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate) and optimize accordingly.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to facilitate lead conversion..
A/B testing of subject lines, email content, and call-to-actions to improve results.
Required Skills:
3-6 years of experience in B2B lead generation via email marketing, in IT services or SaaS industries. Strong background in lead generation for web and mobile app development.
Experience with international lead campaigns, especially US and UK markets.
Strong knowledge of email tools such as Mailchimp, Mailmodo, Sendinblue, Lemlist, etc.
Proficiency in lead sourcing tools: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Hunter.io.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-focused.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a startup or agency environment.
Understanding of IT outsourcing services and typical client pain points.
Knowledge of LinkedIn/email prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io) is a bonus.
